The Do-335 Pfeil ("Arrow") was a World War II heavy fighter built by the Dornier company for the German Luftwaffe. The inline dual-engine "push-pull" setup was much more efficient than standard side-by-side twin engine designs, such as found on the Messerschmitt Bf-110. Armed with a 30mm Mk 103 cannon through the propeller hub and two 20mm MG151 cannons mounted near the wing roots, it followed the precedent set by fighters before it for carrying large anti-bomber cannons.
