A small remote control vehicle packed with explosives used by the German army during World War II. It looks like a small tank. They were intended to be used for destroying tanks, disrupting infantry formations, and demolishing buildings or bridges. Unfortunately, a long cable was required between it and the user and this could be easily severed or damaged. The mine (weapon) itself had weak armor and a low speed and most were destroyed or captured. Although it proved useless for Germany in World War II, it proved to be the basis of unmanned vehicles.
