Displayed before and during the Hinamatsuri (Japanese Doll Festival, or Girls' Day) held on March 3rd. This tag includes both the doll set itself and situations where characters dress up as any of the dolls. The (typically red) multi-tiered stand where the dolls are set is called hinadan.
