When a victim, either through traumatic injury or a disease, loses part or all of both arms and both legs, rendering them immobile and wholly dependent on caregivers for their daily needs. Quadruple amputee fetishes are usually related to the victims being used as toys and cumdumps, as they are about as defenseless as a human being can get. They are often called 達磨 (daruma, doll) due to the fact they cannot move on their own.
